If you are looking for an easy and inexpensive way to create a web site, consider Weebly. They have a nice visual tool which you can use to build a website, which they will then host for you for free. They will host your website at yourwebsitename.weebly.com or, if you have registered a domain name (with GoDaddy, for example), you can use your own domain name.
